Under the flowering plum
I
lie upon the grass
Laced
with fallen petals
Clover
leaves, twisted twigs
Bright
maned dandelions
Spring’s
attire
The
breeze blows soft
The
sun speckles through the shade
Why
then should I leave
When
this is paradise enough for me?

Love love LOVE "maned" as descriptor for dandelions! So much!
