The Other Side of the Story

Rina and Her Stepmother: Table of Contents


1. Grieving, Lucretia vows to husband to protect his daughter
    Rina’s beloved father dies leaving her sadder.


2. Lucretia instructs Rina in the Fine Art of Being a Lady
    Rina is subjected to torture daily.


3. Lucretia travels to oversee her estates
    Rina takes the opportunity and escapes.


4. Lucretia must recover errant charge and so plans
    Rina joins Green Crescent Hero Band.


5. Lucretia sends out a call for heroes
   Rina and Band deal a dragon a deathblow.


6. Lucretia enjoys the quiet and waits
    The Band has a missing girl to locate.


7. Lucretia receives spiteful girl back
    The Band rescues Rina and heads off-track.


8. Lucretia tries once more to save Rina from her ways
    Rina outwits her stepmother for always.


9. Lucretia casts off her ungrateful stepdaughter
    Rina lives happily ever after.

  1. ha. i pondered that suggestion for a bit and could come up with nothing...glad you did and i like how the second line in each plays off the first...like two perspectives on what is really happening...
