Covid creating a smile is rare:)
ReplyDeleteVeery well!
ReplyDeleteThis definitely made me chuckle. COVID isn't funny, but this poem certainly is.
ReplyDeleteYou nailed the ABCs of our global sneeze! Bravo.
ReplyDeleteYou managed to pack the whole kit and kaboodle into this Covid alphabet. I must try baking banana bread, haven’t done that yet and, although I’m no longer required to shield, I’m still not roaming. I think these lines should be a slogan or on a poster:
ReplyDelete‘S is for Social Distancing
Six feet apart and please don’t sing.’
I soo love banana bread! This is incredibly evocative in terms of the change in times and Covid.
ReplyDeleteThis is clever! The banana bread part made me smile.
ReplyDeleteMake sure you save this one for future readers. Nice hitting the high spots of this epitomy of danger and inconvenience we call pandemic.
